This bull stands in front of the Chicago Cultural Center at the corner of Washington and Michigan Avenues. The photo looks funny because the roll of film it was on sat in the car through a few hot months before being developed… It was also a cheap roll of film so the wax paper backing left spots all over the roll. The reason that it sat around so long is that it costs twice as much to develop Black and White film as it does Color. That’s probably why I was able to buy a ten pack of B&W for around $11 a few years ago and this stained roll is my favorite of them so far.
By the way, I get my color film developed at CSW Film Systems; the best kept secret in town.
